On the Scene: Kelly Rowland, Jessica White, Estelle, and more at the “Hotel Noir” Exclusive Launch Event for GREY GOOSE Cherry Noir in New York City

Kelly Rowland played host at the “Hotel Noir” Exclusive Launch Event for GREY GOOSE Cherry Noir in New York City. The crowd was full of tastemakers in the fashion, music, and entertainment industries.
Let’s see what the ladies and gents were wearing shall we?

Kelly Rowland was the lady of the evening, and looked the part in a red halter gown. She accessorized with white ankle-strap sandals–perhaps not the best pairing with such an elegant gown.

Cobalt was Jessica White’s shade of choice and she wore an interesting off the shoulder dress with a cutout neckline. Though I do like the 80′s feel of the dress and the color definitely works for her, the neckline looks a bit unfinished. The face is giving me Naomi, though. Am I alone?

Estelle mixed textures in a white blazer, lace blouse, shorts, MCM clutch, and printed booties. I normally love her bold style, but this look has entirely too much going on!

Vashtie Kola paired a printed vintage dress and vintage boots with a Genevieve Jones clutch. Though she could have opted for more delicate footwear, you have to take Vashtie’s style into account: she hardly ever wears dresses! Rita Ora might have taken a few fashion nods from her as Vashtie has been doing the Jordans and tomboy-inspired look for years.

Dee and Ricky stopped by the event. They always go for eccentric looks and keep it fresh. Their new pieces are letter plush brooches, hence Dee’s alphabet-laden look.

Kenny Burns rarely misses a hot party and he looked fresh in a checkered shirt, bow tie, vest, and trousers. Burgundy velvet loafers finished off his look, though my choice would have been to keep it pared down with a black pair.

Last, but not least was Angie Martinez who kept it simple in $198 Rag & Bone Tuxedo Stripe Skinny Jeans and $625 Christian Louboutin Pigalle Pumps. Cute!
What do you think? Who had your favorite looks?
